Susan Haines, ARNP-BC, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Susan started her career with a degree in Biology Education at the University of Florida. She then continued her career by teaching middle school and high school science in Tampa, Florida and also in San Antonio, Texas. Soon after putting her career on hold to be a stay-at-home mom, Susan decided to become a nurse and obtained her nursing degree from Brevard Community College. Susan then worked at Holmes Regional Medical Center and later as a nurse for an interventional cardiologist.  Susan desired to further direct the course of treatment for her patients which lead her to pursue an advanced nursing degree as a family nurse practitioner at Graceland University. Susan is nationally Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Susan has combined her teaching experience with her nursing experience and education making patient education a cornerstone of her practice.

Kellie Mueller, P.A-BC, After receiving a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida, Kellie went on the earn her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors.  Kellie has a broad range of experience ranging from Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, to General Surgery.  She also volunteered at the FloridaHospital and Habitat for Humanity.

Kellie is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed in the State of Florida.  She is also a member of the AmericanAcademy of Physician Assistants as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.  She has a great love and compassion for her patients and a deep desire to help others.

Jasen Kobobel, MD, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Certified Medical Review Officer.  After obtaining a degree in Biochemistry, Dr. Jasen Kobobel worked in cancer research and genetic engineering. While pursuing his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Family Medicine, he received additional training at the world renowned MD AndersonCancerCenter to be able to provide his patients with the latest information in cancer prevention, and treatments. Dr. “K” is also trained and certified in preventive medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, obesity, bone density studies and Medical Review Officer to name a few.
